Kiran founded KF Consultancy to give business owners a clearer, calmer way to understand how their business is really performing.
Kiran holds a degree in Business & Finance and has spent more than seven years working across banking, the public sector, consultancy and operational finance. That range matters: it means approaching a small business's monthly figures with the same rigour as a bank's risk process or a public sector budget — and the same instinct that numbers only matter once they're translated into something you can act on.
That experience is also where the approach behind KF Consultancy comes from: financial information is rarely short of detail. What's usually missing is a clear, honest read of what it means — and a practical view on what to do next.
